What this covers

This page applies to the PDF guides we sell (Room Fit Report, First-week Setup Pack and Running Cost Scorecard). It does not cover products you buy from Amazon, eBay or other retailers. Those orders are with the retailer, and their returns policy applies.

We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. The price shown is the total you pay.

Your 14-day right to cancel

If you are a consumer you normally have 14 days from the day after your order to cancel without giving a reason. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order ID and the email you paid with. You can use this wording: “I cancel my order [order ID] for [product].” We refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.

Instant downloads and losing the right to cancel

Our PDFs are digital content, made available straight after payment. Before you pay, we ask you to tick a box: “I want access straight away. I understand I lose my 14-day right to cancel once the download or access starts.” If you tick it and complete the order, you ask us to start the download immediately and you lose your 14-day right to cancel once the download or access starts. We confirm this on the order confirmation page and in your receipt email.

If the PDF is faulty or not as described

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by the box above. If a PDF will not open, is corrupted, or is not as we described it, email us. We will send a working copy or correct it. If we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a price reduction or a full refund. Please tell us within a reasonable time of the problem appearing.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of us agreeing the refund. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
